1. Pray Every Day. (Yes this means you, and yes it means every day.) This is how to pray: A-Address God in a respectful manner. B-Give thanks. C-Ask for your needs, speak to Him, He is your Father and loves you. D-Close your Prayer in His name, or in the name of His Son if you are a Christian as is Spike..
2. Read Scripture Every Day. (Yes this means you, and yes it means every day.) The Holy Bible is the most printed book in history. If you want one, the Mormons will give you one for free. They'll even deliver it. (They'll also give you a free Book of Mormon if you ask. They have plenty.)
3. Live in Absolute Truth. (Not a single white lie, no dishonesty in personal or business relationships. Go for 40 days & 40 nights, then extend the time.)
4. Go to Church. (Yes, this means you and it means every Sabbath; that's Sunday for Spike. Man Up and take your family. Save your family from the evils of the world. Sell the bass boat if it gets in your way - or go fishing on Saturday - your kids/spouse are more valuable.)
5. Pay Your Tithing. (10% - This is called *Putting your money where your mouth is.* God gives you the equivalent of an "I Double Dog Dare You." when instructing you to pay your tithing and see if (paraphrase) "I don't Open The Windows Of Heaven And Pour Blessings too numerous to count upon your head." - read the third chapter of Malachai in the Old Testiment.)
No matter your religion, and especially if you are an agnostic or an atheist, do this. Do these 5 steps for 40 days & 40 nights with honest intent and a sincere heart and you will know God lives because you will see miracles that you cannot deny. They will happen to you and in your own life and you won't have to take any one's word for it.
Do these 5 steps and then honestly tell me God did not manifest Himself in your life. I double dog dare you. God lives, Jesus lives and you will know them.
