My last name is Michael and I picked up my little Greek-born pup, when his original owners had to leave Greece due to the Greek crisis. They could only take his dad, Lefty. His brother was given away and I volunteered to take little one–Spike. Together, we held on to Greece until we could hold on no longer–hence we returned to America.
